Background: Beth has 15 years' national and international project experience in mid-sized, Fortune 100 companies and large federal agencies. Prior to founding Hand Associates, she coached and advised senior executives and initiated strategic planning in a public sector information technology division that conducted $1.3 billion in transactions annually. She has managed multi-million dollar, nationwide IT contracts, received a top award--from the CIO--for her work on a strategic program management plan related to an acquisition valued at $15 billion, and earned commendations for her work in Turkey, assisting the General Directorate of Revenues with a country-wide IT project to support Turkey's financial restructuring.
