Beth Hand, MBA, is president of Hand Associates, LLC, a professional services business specializing in leadership coaching and development for executives, senior managers, and high potentials in mid-sized to multi-national companies.

Background: Beth has 15 years' national and international project experience in mid-sized, Fortune 100 companies and large federal agencies. Prior to founding Hand Associates, she coached and advised senior executives and initiated strategic planning in a public sector information technology division that conducted $1.3 billion in transactions annually. She has managed multi-million dollar, nationwide IT contracts, received a top award--from the CIO--for her work on a strategic program management plan related to an acquisition valued at $15 billion, and earned commendations for her work in Turkey, assisting the General Directorate of Revenues with a country-wide IT project to support Turkey's financial restructuring.

Anne Aden, EdM, MSOD, is an organizational development consultant and executive coach who focuses on helping leaders create relationships and environments that bring out the best in themselves and others.

Background: Anne has 15 years' experience managing major public sector projects. Formerly a community planner charged with planning major federal modernization and new construction projects, for the past 12 years she has been managing large-scale organizational change initiatives, designing and implementing leadership development programs, designing and facilitating large group sessions for executives and management teams, and providing leadership coaching.

Personal: Anne is committed to volunteer service. She is an active Hospice volunteer, primarily working with bereaved families, and was a founding member of Habitat for Humanity of Franklin County, Pennsylvania.

Jan Day Gravel, MA, helps individuals, organizations, and communities create a path to their desired future. She facilitates change, builds collaborations, and develops leaders.

Background: Jan has more than 15 years' experience helping people enhance and develop their capacity to be better leaders both personally and professionally. Having begun her career as a teacher, Jan went on to serve as the Executive Director for six independent community leadership programs. Her work in community coalitions has addressed education, environment, government, and the judiciary. She facilitated the first Environmental Justice panels initiated by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality.

Credentials and Professional Achievements: Certified in principle-centered negotiation • Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution (Antioch University) • Recognized by The Baton Rouge Business Report as one of the "Top 25 Women of the Year."

Personal: Jan serves as a guide on leadership pilgrimages to Egypt and New Mexico. Her graduate thesis was based on the Emergenetics® Model, or how we are born genetically wired with tendencies to think and behave in certain ways, and its application to the creation of coalitions on public policy issues.
